  • Absolutely. You can speak today with one of our Operational Consultants free of charge and obligation. We'll begin with an introductory call to better understand your business and service offerings, current pain points you are having within the organization, and your current high level goals.

Q. How does your service work?

 

  • After an initial introductory call to understand your business needs, we'll next follow up with a summary of our discussion and business strategy to address your goals, clear road blocks, and maximize efficiencies and cost savings to your business. When you are ready to move forward, you will have complete control in choosing which projects will work best for your team. eProGrow will then work with you to finalize any hourly or project pricing and schedule service dates.

Q. How much does it cost and how will I be billed?

 

  • Each project is unique and pricing will depend on the scope of your specific business needs, however our pricing structure is incredibly competitive with rates as low as just $20 to $30 dollars per hour with all hourly work billed in 30 minute increments for maximum bang for your buck! One-time project work will receive an easy to understand quote for pricing in full and payment schedule agreement. You will also receive a clearly defined add-on or supplementary services agreement to define the costs for any additional work you may request that was not included in the inital quote and request for service, so there are never any surprises on your invoice.

Q. Do you offer a flat rate monthly fee or subscription service so we can call you anytime for service?

 

  • First, you can always call us anytime for help! While we do offer ongoing services to businesses, we do not offer a subscription service with a monthly fee. We find that small business owners are best served with pay-as-you-go service models. That way, you only pay for what you need and never more than you should.

Q. Will I have a single point of contact to call when we need something?

 

  • Yes. You will have an Operational Consultant assigned to your business that will personally oversee all of your services, projects, and ensure milestones and completion dates are met. You will be provided with their direct contact information to expedite handling of all of your service requests.

Q. Do you provide service on holidays or after hours?

 

  • We currently offer services during business hours Monday through Friday; 8am - 5pm Pacific time. However there are some circumstances where project work may require after hours or overnight work to take place. For example, a service or technical migration that requires a maintenance window outside of your business hours may be scheduled. In these circumstances we will schedule and perform this work at an agreed upon after hours rate and at a pre-determined time.
